Editorial Guidelines
Our goal is to publish the most informative, engaging, and enjoyable articles on various topics. To achieve this, we'd appreciate if you follow these principles:
Articles must be original, unpublished, and complete.
Content must be plagiarism-free; we verify submissions using multiple plagiarism detection tools.
I repeat: No republished or plagiarized work, and no partial or rough drafts, please!
Use long-tail keywords in your title and subheadings
Use short paragraphs (no more than 4 lines) and sentences (under 25 words).
Use bullet points and numbered lists to break up content where possible.
Each article should be centered around a specific keyword. Ensure that:
Primary keywords appear in:
The title (preferably at the beginning)
The first paragraph
At least one subheading
Keep our brand voice in mind as you write:
Casual: Be professional yet approachable.
Positive: Use a confident and friendly tone.
Excited: Express enthusiasm. Feel free to use exclamation points.
Authoritative: Address readers professionally but avoid unnecessary jargon.
Engaging: Use storytelling to hook your readers.
Witty: Inject humor where appropriate.
Conversational: Write like you’re talking to a friend. Use “I,” “we,” and “you.”
Clear & Concise: Get straight to the point, especially in the introduction.
Content should be relevant, informative, and actionable. Keep these best practices in mind:
Use a second-person point of view (“you”) to make it reader-focused.
Write as if addressing a single reader.
Contractions are fine (“don’t,” “it’s,” etc.).
Structure articles with keyword-driven H2s and H3s.
Ensure smooth transitions between major points.
The main idea should be reinforced throughout the article.
Spell out numbers under ten (except in headlines and meta descriptions).
Incorporate data, examples, images, quotes, and even GIFs where relevant.
Emojis 😉 are okay but should be used sparingly.
Bold key takeaway sentences for quick readability.
Craft engaging introductions that hook readers. Consider:
Asking a question
Making a bold statementUsing humor
Presenting a surprising fact or statistic
End with a compelling and creative conclusion (but avoid labeling it "Conclusion").
Bullet points don't need a period if they are fragments and not complete sentences.
Guest Posting Benefits
You can include up to two “dofollow” links within your article.
Your links will remain live for as long as the website exists, unless:
You request removal.
The links become broken or outdated.
Submission & Review Process
All articles go through a review process, and we may edit or adjust the content and title before publishing.
We continuously monitor guest posts and reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time if necessary.
Submit articles as a Word DOC file via email for each submission.
Due to a high volume of requests, we cannot guarantee a specific publication timeline, but we will notify you once your article is ready to go live.
Additional restrictions and requirements may apply.
